Shuttle Information
The USTA provides a shuttle service for all media to and from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center at a location that is convenient to the various media hotels in Manhattan. In order to utilize the US Open Media Shuttle you must have a valid media credential. Credentials will be scanned on buses from New York City to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
Your credential alone will not provide access and your credential does not permit you to bring guests aboard official transportation. Shuttle drivers are instructed to use specific pick-up and drop-off sites. Please DO NOT ASK to be dropped off at any other location at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center or along the way to any of the hotels. Please be patient and allow adequate time to navigate New York City traffic. On average, you should allow at least 45 minutes for this trip during non-rush hours and, approximately, one hour during rush hours
